Program Management
Program Management is the discipline that Defines, Plans, and Executes projects. It is the umbrella that encompasses every aspect of the engagement. Inherent to the overall Program Management plan is a 24x7-escalation matrix (see chart) that leads to the executive leadership within NextGen should there be a need for an elevated level of attention to issues. The senior management ensures the program team is properly staffed and that the team understands the project requirements in terms of client processes, project content, and objectives.
